PURPOSE: To provide a multistage piling apparatus for steel plate cooling capable of bubble cooling and free height adjustment, the apparatus for promptly cooling a large amount of steel plate by a bubble generator and efficiently piling up a large amount of steel plate in multistage by applying a cooling tank and a wedge transfer car unit. CONSTITUTION: The multistage piling apparatus for steel plate cooling capable of bubble cooling and free height adjustment comprises: a supporting stand formed of bricks and erected in a space to cool steel plate; a steam outflow preventing unit part(1) comprising a rectangular body frame which is vertically fixed to an upper part of the supporting stand, and a central inner part of which vertically penetrated, a rectangular auxiliary frame(27) connected to one side of the rectangular body frame, a pair of cylinders for condensation fixed to the upper surface of the rectangular auxiliary frame, and an elastically foldable steam condensation member connected to rods of the cylinders and moved in a length direction of the rectangular body frame to close an opened upper part of the rectangular body frame; a cooling water control unit part(3) comprising a water storage tank(31) equipped with a cooling water moving part communicated with the rectangular body frame and fixed to one side of the rectangular body frame, and an underwater pump installed inside the water storage tank to supply cooling water to the rectangular body frame; a cooling unit part(2) comprising an upper fixed member which is movably inserted into the rectangular body frame, and on which steel plate is placed, a cooling tank upper part for supporting the upper fixed member, a cooling tank in which cooling water supplied is stored, and which is capable of being folded up and down, a bubbling plate connected to a lower part of the cooling tank, a fixing band for solidly fixing the bubbling plate, and a plurality of air vents arranged on the bottom of the cooling tank; and a height adjustment unit part(4) comprising rails vertically arranged on one side of a lower part of the supporting stand, a lower wedge transfer car which is movable along the rails, and the upper surface of which is inclined, a transfer car cylinder fixed to one side of the lower wedge transfer car to move the lower wedge transfer car forward and backward, and an upper wedge transfer car which is correspondingly placed on the inclined surface of the lower wedge transfer car, and to the upper surface of which the bubbling plate is fixed.
