In Cu 13% wt. Al 4 %wt. Ni shape memory alloy the influence of plastic deformation and thermal treatments on the critical martensitic transformations points were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC,) scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM). The plastic deformation on the anstenite (P) was studied at 20% deformation degree and different temperature between melting temperature and lowest temperature which not appear cracks in rolling. Lattice defects were introduced into stable austenite of a Cu Al Ni alloy by a hot rolling, in one pass, and subsequently quenching after leaving the rolling cylinders. The DSC tests highlight the influence of temperatures ausforming, at the same deformation degrees, on memories transformation temperatures. The microscopy tests highlight the significant influence of deformation condition on microstructure which also affects final product properties.
