Analytical software with integrated Internet display techniques

Internet navigation and display techniques ensure simple and easy operation. Thermo ARL, Ecublens, Switzerland, has used these technologies to further enhance its WinOE and WinXRF analytical software used in its optical emission and X-ray fluorescence systems. This move has resulted in a new, even more user-friendly graphical interface.Operation is via large icons, which are easy to use, particularly with a touch screen. Configurable shortcuts enable routine tasks to be run by mouse clicks (analysis, control, standardization, result retrieval, scans, etc.). The display of the results can be fully customized, e.g. in the user's preferred colours, font styles, etc. These sofware packages use the latest technologies and have been developed for Microsoft Windows 2000.
