New generation of sequential XRF instruments

Thermo ARL, Switzerland, has introduced a new generation of sequential XRF spectrometers, the Advant' X Series. Built around ARL's unique goniometer technology, this family consists of three products, Advant' X, Advant'XP and Advant'XP+, listed in the order of increasing power and performance.Engineered with a modular approach, they can be used to exploit the full potential of wavelength dispersive XRF for the analysis of materials in cement and mining, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramics, refractories, glass making, inorganic chemicals, petrochemicals, polymers and environment-related application areas.
