The Turkish steel industry needs to avoid a repeat of the negativedevelopments experienced in 2015, the Turkish Steel Producers’Association (TCUD) said on Thursday February 11.The year-on-year comparison figures were mostly negative in2015, including a 7.4% decrease in crude steel output, meaning Turkeyhad the 3rd sharpest decline in the top 15 producers of the world, theassociation said.
