LME approves registration of Codelco’s Gaby copper cathode

The London Metal Exchange has approved the brand registration ofthe copper cathode Gaby, produced by Codelco’s Gabriela Mistraldivision, the Chilean state-owned miner said on Tuesday January 19.Codelco now has a total of nine cathode brands certified fortrading on the LME, which includes all of the company’s cathodeproduction other than the smaller volumes from its El Tenientedivision.
