Greyhound Lines Inc.'s bus terminal in Seattle was constructed on a small site to comply with the Federal Transit Administration's requirement that permanent structures not be built under overhead roadway drip lines. Additionally, a low roof height was required so the building wouldn't hide public art on the adjoining garage.
