Working with an existing precast concrete panel bridge, Lake Forest, III.-based CPI Daylighting Inc. fabricated walkway columns, beams, supporting roof structure, mesh and louvers along the sides of The Beverly Depot, Beverly, Mass. The canopy was made from CPI Daylighting's single-panel, 16-mm Pentaglas, glazed in white and was required to meet a wind uplift load of 86 psf. Additionally, 1,500 square feet of Pentaglas was installed on the parking garage's top floor to bring daylight into an otherwise dark space.
