摘要

The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) is composed of a driving unit that is standardized as a kit and a carriage that is designed according to the application. In order to grasp the behavior of the AGV at the designing stage, we established a simulation system. In this simulation system, the characteristics of the wheel on the road surface are computed as the driving force of the magic formula model, and the drag of the caster wheel is determined based on the caster direction and speed. The switching operation of the motor driving chopper is also reproduced. As a result, the analysis can be carried out according to more practical operating conditions.
