Physical defects in horses in the light of legal regulations from the beginning, the turn and the end of the XX century [Review] [Polish]

Legal regulations concerning purchase transactions of horses and their physical defects changed three times over the XX century in Poland. They were described in Instructions edited in 1916, 1934 and 1966 and were also included in the Civil Code. Their updating occurred as the result of such factors as developments in medical veterinary sciences and new conditions on the free market.
