New corrosion inhibitors for high-temperature applications

摘要

A new class of nitrogen-containing corrosion inhibitors is introduced. The film-forming materials exhibit an excellent thermal stability, making them especially useful for applications in deep hot wells and in petrochemical refining processes. The chemistry, thermal stability data, and corrosion inhibition performance are compared to standard products.
