A NEW regional food and drink business is now delivering locally-produced meat, poultry and pies to customers in Suffolk Its founder Patrick Bishopp aims to distribute throughout East Anglia within three years. East Anglia is a region that has long been synonymous with meat production and is particularly noted for its pork and poultry products. It also has a strong sense of identity across the whole spectrum of food and drink products created within Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and parts of neighbouring counties.
