AMI Expo week had many faces

As part of the World Wide Food Expo (WWFE), the American Meat Institute (AMI) recently held its annual meeting and convention in Chicago under an umbrella of events which included a Meat Industry Research Conferencey plus a range of independent eventsrunning during the same week. The National Meat Association held a ceremony to honour Mr. Eldon Roth of Beef Products Inc. for his extraordinary achievements in the industry, including assurances of his ground beef and other table beef products being pathogen free.
