Paris has always attracted large crowds to its beautiful sights. This year's SIAL offers one more reason to visit the French capital. Every two years, professionals from Europe and around the world gather in ever-increasing numbers in Paris for SIAL,the Salon International de l'Alimentation. At the last SIAL two years ago, 5240 exhibitors from 98 different countries gathered at the Paris-Nord Exhibition Centre. Organisers expect that this year's event will attract over 5300 different companies, with over 70% coming from outside France, to display their diverse food products.
