New employment service helps skilled professionals work flexibly

A new type of employment service has stepped up its presence by introducing itself to professional organisations. SkillServe was launched in October 2003 to meet the need for a focused service to support the substantial number of skilled professionals who are choosing to operate under flexible employment arrangements. Many of those at the peak of their professional expertise and skills work under fixed-term contract, freelance or part-time arrangements, or are establishing themselves as self-employed service providers.
