摘要

The corrosion resistance of Ni200, EB26-1, SHOMAC, MONEL400, 15-5PH, 3RE60, 304L and 316L alloys in chlorine and alkali industrial environment is determined by weight loss measurements, microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. It is shown that welding does not deteriorate the corrosion resistance of the alloys except SHOMAC. Pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion are present and the corrosion rates are a function of temperature and existence of Cl{sup}- and absorption of tramp elements on grain boundaries. According to the experiments, optimal selection of alloys for elevators working at different temperatures is suggested.
