The start of a new decade is a good time to reset the clock and revisit long-term plans. When it comes to warehouse management, this means reviewing your operations to make sure the form and function of your facility are properly matched to business needs and that your operations are running smoothly. At this point, you're probably thinking "but that's what I do every day!" That's true, in a sense. But the problem with day-to-day management is that if you're not paying close attention your efforts can slowly drift out of synch with the overall efficiency of the facility.
