摘要

A generalized Hele-Shaw flow is derived and analysed in injection and compression moulding which contains non-isothermal and non-Newtonian rheological behaviour of the molten polymers as well as non-symmetric effects. The corresponding fixed domain formulations for the how are investigated from a mathematical point of view. Different approaches for the determination of the temperature and some viscosity models are discussed. Together with an outline of the proposed solution algorithm special finite element techniques are described for the numerical treatment of this complex non-linear moving boundary problem.
