WITH the new F4080, Walter AG has added an octagon cutter to its Xtra.tec portfolio. The new tool, with the octagon cutting edges and a setting angle of kappa = 430, is available with wide and medium tooth pitches. There is only one cutting insert parameter for all cutter diameters (40mm to 160mm).
