摘要

Isogenic and transgenic maize hybrids (Bt maize), harvested in 1997, were evaluated in feeding trials with laying hens, wethers and bulls. No differences in nutrient composition of grains and silages were found between iso- and transgenic hybrids. Transgenic hybrids therefore meet the requirements of substantial equivalence (established by the OECD). Further trials with different crops and animals are required to confirm these results.
