SemGroup Corp. said Tuesday that it will acquire Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company, one of the largest oil terminals in the US, for $2.1 billion. Tulsa, Oklahoma-based SemGroup is a midstream services company that engages in the purchase, sale, processing, transporting, terminaling and storage of oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products and asphalt.
