WELL,THE SUMMER SEASON IS here and unless you happen to be a motor fuels marketer,it might be time for some much-needed relaxation.As with anything though,time spent relaxing is time not spent earning money,and with some of the pressures on fuel oil dealers today that is not necessarily a good thing for many operations.This issue is addressed as part of the National Oilheat Research Alliance's Strategic Plan for the future,which we outline on page 28 for those not already familiar with it.
