EPA DELAYS ULSD RULE UNTIL OCTOBER 2006

On May 27,the Environmental Protection Agency announced that it was delaying the deadline for retailers to sell ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel by 45 days.The initial deadline to sell the fuel was Sept.1,2006.With the delay,the rule will not go into effect until Oct.15,2006.
