On 11/12/13 Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (CP13-84) answered disparaging comments filed with FERC by ConocoPhillips Co. the week before that questioned the basis of agreements negotiated between Texas Eastern and the TEAM 2014 shippers. According to Texas Eastern, ConocoPhillips comments provide no new information that could influence the Commissions decision on Texas Easterns pending TEAM 2014 certificate application for authorization to proceed with the Appalachia to Market Expansion 2014 Project.
