On March 1 FERC granted a petition by Skelly-Belvieu Pipeline Co. LLC (OR12-6) for a declaratoryorder approving (1) priority service for a proposedexpansion of Skelly-Belvieu’s existing natural gasliquid (NGL) pipeline system; (2) Skelly-Belvieuproviding up to 90% of new capacity to shipperscommitting to priority service; and (3) the overalltariff and rate structure for the proposed expansion.Skelly-Belvieu transports NGLs from SkellytownStation, Texas to Mont Belvieu, Texas. One shipper,Valero Marketing and Supply Co., intervened insupport.
