(WIC) (RP09-148) agreed to make a limited concession in response to a protest of the Indicated Shippers1 filed on November 24 asking the Commission to reject language in WIC's 11/6/09 reservation charge credit tariff modifications proposed in response to a prior FERC order. WIC's filing establishes reservation charge crediting procedures for force majeure and non-force majeure situations.

How to achieve sub-cellular-level spatial resolution and sub-spike-level temporal resolution at same time is still a technical challenge in neural mapping while both information are critically important to advance neural science. After a temporary stiffen with polyethylene glycol, this electrode achieved great insertion result without any buckling or deformation.
