LNG Development Co. LLC (d/b/a Oregon LNG) (CP09-6) proposed to site, construct, and operate a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Warrenton, Clatsop County, Ore. The project features (1) a marine terminal facility with a turning basin, one berth, and unloading equipment; (2) three LNG storage tanks each with a capacity of 160,000 cubic meters (5.6 MMcf); and (3) send-out capacity of 1 Bcf/d (peak 1.5 Bcf/d). Sponsors expect to unload about 100 ships per year.
