BIONOL CLEARFIELD PIPELINE PROJECT IS PROPOSED TO CONNECT GAS SUPPLY ON COLUMBIA GAS TO NEW ETHANOL PLANT IN PENNSYLVANIA

On 4/28/08,T.W.Phillips Pipeline Corp.(TWP),a Pennsylvania corporation,requested that FERC initiate a pre-filing process for the review of the Bionol Clearfield Pipeline Project.TWP proposes to construct,own,operate and maintain a new natural gas pipeline system in Clearfield County,Penn.comprised of approximately 8 miles of six-inch diameter pipeline and appurtenant facilities and an interconnection with Columbia Gas Transmission Corp.The purported limited-scope pipeline would traverse from a metering station at the interconnection with Columbia's existing 16-inch diameter pipeline in Boggs Township to a new ethanol production plant to be located in the county.The ethanol plant is owned by Bionol Clearfield,LLC.
