FERC Sets Stage for Settlement of Remaining Dispute Between MoGas Pipeline and Missouri Commission over Rate Treatment of Missouri Interstate Acquisition Premium

A FERC order issued 8/24/10 acted on an April 13 ruling of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit by vacating a decision allowing MoGas Pipeline LLC (MoGas) (CP06-407) to continue to include the full purchase price of certain pipeline facilities in its initial rates following a merger. The Commission finds that additional procedures are warranted in order to address the issue on remand.
