Colorado Hub Connection Would Tie Greasewood and Meeker Hubs to Northwest's Mainline, Take Away More Rockies Gas

Northwest Pipeline GP (CP08-477) on 9/23/08 proposed to construct and operate 27.4 miles of 24-inch diameter pipeline from its mainline at the Sand Springs meter station near Rangely, Colo., to an interconnection with Enterprise Production Operating LLC's Meeker gas processing plant and the White River Hub, both in Rio Blanco County, Colo. The project would move 582,000 dth/d from the White River Hub into Northwest's existing mainline. The estimated cost is 60.4 million, and the target in-service date is 11/1/09, although certain shippers elected for mainline service one year earlier - by 11/1/08.
