Donaldson launches filter media and dryer

Donaldson Membranes has added a polyester stainless steel filter media to its Tetratex Release range,and has added a number of high pressure adsorption dryers.Tetratex Release anti-static polyester stainless steel media is the latest development in the company's portfolio of Tetratex Release membrane products,and is suitable for applications where there is an increased risk of dust explosion,such as in the manufacture of substances like animal feeds,flours,grains,glucose,sugars and cereals-as well as in industrial applications generating coal dust,paper dust,sawdust and steel powders.The new media uses stainless steel fibres to minimise the risk of steel fibres shedding.
