First bluef in eggs get to EU

Bluefin tuna eggs from the broodstock cages of the European Union's Transdott research project are being collected off the southeast coast of Malta, off the southern coast of Italy, and flown to Europe for rearing trials. The eggs are being sent fromMalta by Malta Aquaculture Research Centre and Malta Fish Farming with assistance of members from IOLR/NCM in Israel and the University of the Dusseldorf in" northwest Germany.
