Conei aims to add more value

Conei Overseas Investment SL, a relatively new player in Spanish aquaculture, has big plans to grow its business and claims to see a bright future in the development of further processed products. Starting its activities just three years ago, Conei has expanded by leaps and bounds. The group is now in charge of 11 fish farms - mostly rearing seabream and seabass - and is a partner in five other farms, according to commercial director Blanca Loste Saez.
