FP automatic line for loading ready meal trays at King Asia Foods

FP Packaging Machinery Ltd,of Guildford,Surrey has recently installed an automatic ready meal loading line at King Asia Foods in Doncaster for loading trays with curry sauce.The line features a FP Pneufeed tray denester depositing PET trays onto a queuing conveyor,a gating system to present the PET trays for loading from a weigher (supplied by the customer),and a slatted band conveyor which transports the trays to further downstream packaging operations.The FP line is capable of operating at speeds of up to 45 trays per minute with the actual production speed depending upon the cycling time of the weigher.
