Whistleblower inspectors win ruling against USDA

In the continuing legal losing streak for FSIS,an administrative judge ruled earlier this month that the agency improperly retaliated against two inspectors for their whistleblower disclosures.The New York judge ordered that USDA reimburse the two men - who had been suspended from work - for their appropriate back pay (with interest) and that the agency cancel their suspensions.
