摘要

Roughly 60% of the 35 large beef packing plants whose HACCP plans have been audited by USDA to find out whether they're complying with the agency's new E.coli policy have "design issues," FSIS Administrator Garry McKee said last week.McKee said that he hadn't yet seen the summary data to determine whether the gaps were major or minor, but that they were scientific design issues, not direct food safety problems.
