Quick Reference Dictionary for Occupational Therapy, fifth edition, claims to have been the leading resource for more than a decade, providing occupational therapists and students with pertinent information. I found the definitions in the dictionary to be clearly written and easily understood. Common German, French and Spanish phrases are included which is useful but the inclusion of phonemic pronunciations would be even better. Because most of the material is from American sources, such as AOTA, with a reference to CAOT, some inconsistencies may be found when dealing with the Canadian health care system.
