When Administrative Law Judge Daniel Davidson earlier this month upheld the proposed Baytril ban, he not only concurred with the Center for Veterinary Medicine's argument that Bayer's drug was unsafe for use in poultry, but also agreed that the testimony of a key Bayer expert witness was unreliable (see FCN March 22, Page 1).
