PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a system for finding the location of the terminal using credible information from other mobile terminals and a method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of location information indoors by using a GPS and a received a indoor position signal.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal comprises a positioning signal generating unit(220), a location calculation unit(210), a reliability setting unit(230), and a responding terminal(240). The positioning signal generating unit transmits a first signal. The first signal requests the location information of the terminal. The location calculation unit receives a second signal. The second signal comprises the location information. The location calculation unit calculates its own location. The reliability setting unit generates reliability information.
