Rustic woods become more than a niche

When hardwood suppliers talk about "organic" they aren't referring to fresh produce or dairy; they are talking about the rustic and reclaimed woods fast becoming an important business segment. Some companies offer true reclaimed woods (see sidebar) but the majority of rustic woods are manufactured to give consumers the relaxed and worn look of aged wood.
