The hardwood industry continues to top itself by constantly improving its environmentally friendly products and practices. All of the company's products are GreenGuard Air Quality Certified. The company was also the first to introduce engineered hardwood construction that produces almost 50 percent more finished product from every tree harvested; to use solvent-free stains and finishes on wood products; and the first to introduce Per-maColor, a chemical-free way of shading wood, the company said.
