Procedure for the sustained disinfection of food and mouth water, as well as for the treatment and use of slurries in intensive pig farms and installation for its implementation. This procedure consists in the microbiological inactivation by means of ozonation to the feed, in the transport truck and in the silo of the farm and of the mouth water used to feed the pigs, as well as, in the projection of ozonated water sprayed under the slats "and at the base of the pit, said slurries being decanted outside the ship, separating the solid part as heating fuel or as fertilizer and the liquid as irrigation water. The installation features ozonator equipment at the exit of the feed and mouth water dispensers, as well as in the manure collection pit and in the irrigation water tank.
