Symrise buys Diana

Symrise AG (headquartered in Holzminden, Germany), one of the world's top four flavours and fragrances companies, has made a binding offer worth ?1.3 bn to purchase the entire business and assets of the Diana group (headquartered at Vannes in Brittany, France). The transaction is expected to be completed in 3Q 2014. Symrise reported sales revenues at ?1.8 bn for last year.
