Henkel delivers strong increase in 3Q 2015 sales and earnings

In 3Q 2015, sales of Henkel rose significantly by 8.4% to ?4590 M thanks to good performance in detergents aided by the strong dollar and acquisitions. Organically (adjusted for foreign exchange and acquisitions/ divestments), sales rose by 3.2%. After one-time charges, one-time gains and restructuring charges, adjusted operating profit improved by 12.3% from ?693 M to ?778 M. Reported operating profit (EBIT) grew by 10.4% from ?603 M to ?666 M. Adjusted net income for 3Q 2015 after deducting non-controlling interests increased by 11.0%, from ?508 M to ?564 M.
