Shell to restart mars platform mid-2006

Royal dutch shell plans to restart its mars production platform int he gulf of mexico in the middle of 2006,the company said Feb 8.The company said in a statement it intends to restore full operations on the platform in the second half of this year.The platform was badly damaged by hurricane katrina,which rampaged through the US Gulf region last August.
