Yara proposes new board member

Ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held in Oslo, Norway on May 7, Yara International's Nomination Committee has proposed Bernt Reitan as a new board member, replacing Jorgen Ole Haslestad who resigned from the board on October 1, 2008 when he was appointed new president and CEO of the company.
