Philippine importer La Filipina has been negotiating the supply of 12,000 mt Chinese prills and 6,000 mt Chinese granular this week. The importer was targeting the prills close to an even $300/mt CFR basis two-port discharge and was aiming for granular urea around $310/mt CFR basis one port. Mainstream offers were around $310/mt CFR and $325/mt CFR, respectively, but competition for the business was such that the buyer appears set to secure the levels targeted.
