China: Domestic market weaker on smelter resumptions

Domestic sulphuric acid markets in China weakened slightly over the past week. Most copper refineries in Inner Mongolia have resumed production following turnarounds, creating pressure in Hebei and Shandong as these regions can be supplied by copper smelters in both Inner Mongolia and Shandong.
