Evergreen takes 75.9% stake in MagIndustries

CANADIAN FIRM MagIndustries Corp. on July 19 reported that Shanghai, China-based Evergreen Resources Holding (BVI) Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of Evergreen Industries Group, has taken up 346,838,683 of the company's common shares pursuant to Evergreen's offer to acquire all of its outstanding shares. The share uptake represents approximately 75.9% of MagIndustries' outstanding shares.
