Rumours of sales to IPL for CFL persist despite denials

Despite persistent reports of sale(s) from the AG or from the FSU of one, possibly two cargoes for IPL for delivery to CFL at Vizag for industrial use, no sales could be confirmed with the buyers this week. Trammo is known to have been soliciting cover from Yuzhnyy for a total of 80,000t to be loaded in two supramax vessels, and this has added fuel to the speculations. Sources in India nevertheless emphatically deny that sales have been concluded.
